- We have a standard return window of 60 days from delivery.
- Returns are conducted via post, with no additional cost to the customer.

WHAT TO DO NEXT...
1. Call (03 5368 6468) or email (info@emergencybk.com.au) us with the following details;
- Order Number
- Item/s you want to return
- Reason
- Exchange or refund?
2. We'll email you an e-parcel return label, covering all postal costs.
3. Print the label & attach to parcel, with all items securely packed.
4. Drop it into your nearest Australia Post outlet.
5. Sit back and relax, we’ll do the rest, ensuring you’re kept in the loop throughout, until your refund or exchange is complete.
