2. We'll email you an e-parcel return label, covering all postal costs.
3. Print the label & attach to parcel, with all items securely packed.
4. Drop it into your nearest Australia Post outlet.
5. Sit back and relax, we’ll do the rest, ensuring you’re kept in the loop throughout, until your refund or exchange is complete.

Note 1: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the order was paid for i.e. if paid by Mastercard, refund to the same Mastercard.
